MEM is the parent company. Soundproof is the entertainment and events operating company. The House is a planned Memphis destination within that operating concept.

Soundproof is MEM’s entertainment and events company — the operating layer for concepts, programming and venue experiences as they move from idea to execution.
It is intended to operate and own the entertainment concept surrounding The House as that destination is developed.
